Ordering

Please note: only orders under 200 miles are eligible for delivery. The site will calculate delivery distances on the checkout page.

Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will then advise of delivery date within 48hrs.

We deliver Mon. to Fri. between 8am and 5pm

DELIVERY

We aim to get your order to you within 7 working days, usually faster, but please be aware that all products are made to order.

Because of the nature of the plaster mouldings products being delivered, it is a requirement that someone is there to insure easy access to the point of delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

*Distances are calculated automatically by the site on the checkout page and are based on the distance in a direct line between the delivery address and our workshop in Bridgwater ("as the crow files").

Charges are one way and there is a 200 mile delivery limit. Deliveries beyond 200 miles are to be negotiated. Please phone 01278 439218 for further details.

COLLECTIONS FROM OUR WORKSHOP

We are happy for you to make your own arrangements for collection, but please contact us beforehand and be sure to use a suitable vehicle.
